Custom jewelry, copper money clips and hand stamped gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, graduation and all other occasions.
Our typical lead time for all stamped orders is 3-5 business days. "Lead time" refers to the the time it takes me to hand create your order. Shipping times are in addition to this time frame. Rush orders are completed a bit ahead of this schedule and shipped according to the shipping option you have chosen on your order.
RUSH ORDERS: When available, rush order options will show up in the shipping options drop down box at checkout. Orders placed as a "rush order" with expedited shipping will ship within 2 business days (this will be ahead of your ship by date on your order receipt) with the shipping option you have chosen. PLEASE NOTE...Most carriers have suspended any guaranteed services at this time, so if you have placed an order with expedited shipping, I am hopeful that it will arrive within the stated shipping time frame for that service, but I cannot guarantee any delivery dates and shipping refunds are not available at this time due to carrier delays.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and your ship by date and tracking number may be found on your receipt under "Purchases and Reviews".
SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
If your order is shipping outside of the US, there is a very strong possibility of delayed shipping times due to pandemic short staffing in the customs offices. Most International packages are taking 2-4 weeks to arrive, however this varies by country and may take up to 6 weeks (or more). You may also incur VAT (import taxes) on your order once it arrives to your destination country. These are not part of shipping costs and vary based on the order value and country.
I am typically in the studio Monday through Friday. During the week, I make every attempt to answer your questions and convos within 24 hours. Convos sent over the weekend will be promptly answered on Monday.
